Is an online community membership which includes:

  • 3 monthly LIVE meetings that are also recorded (approximately 1.5 hours in length)

    - Monthly Energetic Update: I will check-in with the collective energy, guidance on the month ahead to align to the energy & how to best move forward.

    - Monthly Sacred Circle: there will be a different theme each month with breath work, quantum healing meditation, journalling, reflection, questions and guidance (benefit: relaxing, grounding, clearing releasing from the healing, breath work and meditation. Learning from others and connecting to others in the sharing. Healing and growth from the reflection, journalling and guidance.)

    -Monthly Soul Focus: there will be a spiritual topic of discussion where we will sharing opinions, thoughts, viewpoints. A place we can ask questions, feel into our intuition, share things we’ve read, listened to learned. Also a space for Q&A on other topics.

  • A supportive community where we share what you are working on, your achievements, etc., ask questions and support one another on this healing and growth journey.

  • Meditation and yoga recordings: A collection of previously recorded meditations PLUS recordings of yoga and meditation will be posted weekly (recorded live from my classes).

  • The Monthly Pull: A monthly card pull for the group specifically and interpretation.

  • Sacred Statement: Our monthly affirmation to focus on throughout our month so we can align our energy to the statement.

  • The Energetic Container: as a member of the group, you held in a safe, energetically protected and sacredly gridded space that extends to each person committed to the group and to the intention of the group:
    to heal within, grow beyond, uplift others, and expand into your truth.
